Questions people ask before buying
If yours is not here, email support@ultimatetv.pro — we answer within 24 hours, whether or not you have an account.
What do I need to watch?
A device that runs an IPTV player, and an internet connection. We support Android TV and Google TV, Amazon Fire TV and Firestick, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, Android phones and tablets, and Samsung and LG smart TVs. Each one has a recommended app and step-by-step setup — see how setup works.
What can I actually watch?
Every plan includes the on-demand library: 29,000+ films and 8,500+ series. The plans differ in live TV.
- Starter — the on-demand library. No live TV.
- Plus — everything in Starter, plus 8,000+ live channels from the US, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
- Max — everything in Plus, plus the premium and pay-per-view tiers: 15,000+ live channels in total.
Counts are rounded down and move as the catalogue does. Adult content is excluded from every plan.
When does my account go live?
As soon as your payment settles. Your streaming line is created in the same request that captures the payment, and the email with your login link goes out straight after. If you already have a player installed you can be watching within a few minutes.
Where do you stream from?
We run our own streaming infrastructure, and every account currently streams from a single location. Concentrating our capacity in one place lets us serve more simultaneous streams than splitting it across several, so that is where it is going while we grow. We will add locations closer to you as we scale.
How many devices can I use?
Every plan includes 3 simultaneous connections. Set the service up on as many devices as you like — three of them can watch at the same time.
If more than three stream at once repeatedly, we lock the account for fair use and reset your credentials; you restore access by acknowledging the fair-use policy in your account. This is about sharing a subscription beyond a household, not about switching between your own devices.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Monthly bills one month at a time. Yearly is a single payment of ten times the monthly price and covers twelve months — two months free. Both give you exactly the same service.
How do I pay?
PayPal, or any major card through PayPal, in US dollars. No account exists until the payment succeeds, so you are never left with a half-created login.
Can I cancel? Do you do refunds?
You can stop your subscription renewing at any time from your account, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your first annual plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — if it is not for you, tell us within 30 days and we refund it, no reason needed. Beyond that, and for renewals and monthly plans, a person reviews each request rather than it being automatic. The refund policy sets out exactly how.
I have a question before I buy.
Email support@ultimatetv.pro. We answer within 24 hours, and we would rather answer before you pay than after. Once you have an account you can also open a ticket from inside it and see every reply in one thread.
